- CALL P&G (CLFC) FOR APPROVAL AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER.
- WHEN THE PRODUCT IS READY TO SHIP, CALL ROADWAY REVERSE LOGISTICS (RRLI) AT 1-800-357-9199 AND PROVIDE THE P&G RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. RRLI CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WILL VALIDATE YOUR RETURN INFORMATION.
DO NOT CALL YOUR LOCAL ROADWAY EXPRESS TERMINAL, ROADWAY CUSTOMER CARE CENTER OR ROADWAY EXPRESS SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR THESE PRODUCT RETURNS.
- ROADWAY EXPRESS IS CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED TO P&G FOR PRODUCT PICKUP WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM P&G CUSTOMER CALL.
- RRLI WILL SEND VIA FAX OR EMAIL ROADWAY BILL OF LADING DOCUMENTS TO CUSTOMER.
- CUSTOMER MUST USE ROADWAY BILL OF LADING DOCUMENTS FOR ALL P&G RETURNS TO ENSURE PROPER CREDIT.
- ALL CARTONS SHOULD BE PALLETIZED AND SHRINK WRAPPED.
- 7. CUSTOMER MUST APPLY SHIPPING LABELS TO SHRINK WRAPPED PALLETS, SHOWING THE RA#, SHIPPER NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE AND ZIP CODE, AND THE P&G RETURN SITE NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE AND ZIP CODE. IF LABELS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE SECURE A COPY OF THE ROADWAY BILL OF LADING ON EVERY PALLET.
